These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the x111h platform, including all gaming, betting, payment, and account services. x111h provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options. Players invoking self-exclusion will have their accounts locked for the elected period. x111h will not reverse a self-exclusion during the active exclusion window.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which x111h's operating license is issued. Disputes are to be resolved through the platform's internal complaints process in the first instance, followed by escalation to the relevant regulatory body if unresolved within 30 days.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active x111h account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

Acceptable identification includes a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC/NICOP), passport, or such other documents as x111h may specify from time to time. x111h reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle.
If x111h has reasonable cause to suspect that an account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria stated in this section, x111h may suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and require the submission of identity verification documents before services are reinstated. Any account confirmed to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all funds deposited by that person will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.
Each individual may register only one (1) account on the x111h platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, payment instruments, or residential addresses — are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the x111h registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number registered in your name, a valid email address, and your current residential address.
You undertake to update your account information promptly in the event of any change. x111h is not liable for any failed transactions, delayed withdrawals, or loss of account access arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.
x111h operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with its international gaming license obligations and anti-money laundering policies. All accounts are subject to KYC verification. x111h may require you to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any point during your account lifecycle — including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing your first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or upon any change to your account profile.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by x111h will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

x111h does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. x111h will endeavour to restore service promptly following any technical disruption and will void or re-settle affected bets fairly in accordance with its published rules.
You may request the closure of your x111h account at any time by contacting x111h support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to any applicable pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.
x111h reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false identity information; detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or receipt of a regulatory instruction requiring account closure.
Upon termination of an account by x111h for breach of these Terms, x111h reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as liquidated damages, without prejudice to any other remedy available to x111h under this Agreement or applicable law.

Your continued use of the x111h platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using x111h services and request account closure as described in Section 12.
